Spreading a bit of light into the darkness

The Chanukah story recounts how a small band of Jewish men beat the pants of one of the largest armies in world history.

What do we learn from this?

We learn that even in a large hall of darkness a small candle can give a enormous amount of light. The ability to  light up the darkness does not depend on the quantity of light, rather the quality of the Kedusha. You can see it all the time, a husband  can come home to screaming kids, messy house, frustrated wife and with a sincere smile, can blow the darkness out of the water.
